  3. This self-paced course enables network professionals to understand the
  4. message handling systems (MHS) standard contained in the consultative
  5. committee of the International Telegraph and Telephone X.400 Series of
  6. recommendations. The estimated time needed to complete this course is
  7. 12 hours.
